are your donations, which are desperately needed at this time. We also rely on
generous sponsors, advertisers, and grants.

There are no charges for services rendered at the clinic
Are dependents eligible?
Children under 18 are not eligible
Do I need an appointment?
Yes, patients are seen by appointments only Since all of the doctors, nurses and staff are volunteering their own time, it is expected that patients will be on time for their appointments. Latecomers will not be seen. If you need to cancel, please call in advance, so other patients can be scheduled.
What do I need to bring with me to the appointment?
ALL PATIENTS
MUST BE WARREN OR VANCE COUNTY RESIDENTS
and bring
Photo I.D.
Proof of Residency
(Utility Bill, Cable Bill, etc.)
Proof of Household Income
Current Income Tax
and all medications you are currently taking; the admitting nurse will need your full medical history so have available any medical information that will be helpful (former diagnosis, surgeries, allergies, etc.)

Are
pharmaceuticals
covered?
In most cases, depending on income, your drugs are covered under various plans such
as: “RX Assist”. However, the application process takes some time. You may still
have to pay for some prescriptions.
